Cottonwood Ridge Condominiums is a condominium, or a unit ownership estate, created under Oklahoma law. There are 211 individual condominium units in the complex. Each unit is individually owned. Every owner is a member of the Cottonwood Ridge Homeowners Association (the “HOA.”) Through its duly elected Board of Directors, the HOA governs the complex on behalf of its members.

Request an HOA Closing Letter

To request an HOA closing letter, please email office@cottonwoodridgenorman.com. This email is the best point of contact to request a closing letter. Please do not copy any other HOA emails to your request.

In your letter request, please identify the closing date and the latest date that you need the closing letter. Because HOA letters require review by our offsite bookkeeper for processing, please plan ahead and allow at least ten (10) days for a response. A fee may be applied to urgent requests, especially those requesting service within 48 hours.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE REQUESTS. This only serves to delay our ability to process requests.

How Much Are HOA Dues?

Monthly HOA dues are set by the Board of Directors based upon the HOA’s budgetary needs. The individual dues assessed to owners are determined by the square footage of your unit. Beginning January 1, 2023, the monthly HOA dues are set as follows:

Efficiency Units: $103.44 per month

One Bedrooms Units: $174.41 per month

Two Bedrooms Units: $225.23 per month

Two Bedroom Townhomes: $291.56 per month

Three Bedroom Townhomes: $316.15 per month
