About Our Community
Cottonwood Ridge Condominiums is a condominium, or a unit ownership estate, created under Oklahoma law. There are 211 individual condominium units in the complex. Each unit is individually owned. Every owner is a member of the Cottonwood Ridge Homeowners Association (the “HOA.”) Through its duly elected Board of Directors, the HOA governs the complex on behalf of its members.

Please do not contact the HOA about renting a unit.

Cottonwood Ridge Condominiums is not an apartment complex. The HOA does not manage or rent units on behalf of our homeowners. If you are interested in renting a unit at Cottonwood Ridge Condominiums, then you will need to contact the owner of the unit that is being advertised as available for rent. The HOA does not maintain a list of units that are available for rent nor does it maintain a list of homeowners who rent their units. The HOA cannot assist you in finding a unit available for rent.
